Great guide to help you with your form

This lifting instruction manual has the know-all for all levels of lifters. It breaks down the main lifts and simplifies the movements. This book is great for beginners, and also for advance lifters that forgot certain intricacies when lifting. I would definitely recommend giving this one a read
