You’ll need these if youre like me, started weak and want to squat big
Used these so far for flat, incline bench, and seated shoulder presses on The Captain which I have anchored/bolted to garage floor. Awesome option to have more space (further away from wall per my own set up) and being able to go to true failure on all sets. Grant said these will go to 700lbs and I’ve had 400lbs on them so far. I’ll need some time to get to 700lbs. :0) Would highly recommend for squat rack.
