These durable rubber mats are 24" x 24", are 0.75" thick and weigh 12lbs each. They will help keep the noise down and protect your plates and flooring.
Smooth on the top side with a small texture and ribbed on the bottom to prevent mold and help with noise reduction.
3 mats are included, 2 for your plates and 1 for you to stand on while lifting.

These mats have been great and allowed me to continue my deadlifts in my garage. They are durable and also come in 3 pieces making them easy to store and move around when I am not using them. They have cut down the noise level of my deadlifts tremendously! I also use them as a stable non-slip surface to squat on.
