Compatible with our power rack "The General" , our Dip Bar attachment allows you to set up a dip station in seconds.
The Dip Bar swings on similar to our J-hooks and Spotter Arms.
It is compatible with our smaller stands "The Captain" but we recommend only using if your stands are bolted to the ground.
